How long does order processing take?

Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! Orders placed before 12pm will be processed the same day, barring Sundays and bank holidays.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are typically delivered between 1-4 business days for metro cities and 4-7 business days for all other cities. Delivery time could vary depending on location and other factors such as (public holidays, civil unrest, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Can I modify the address of the order before it ships?

Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don't worry, there are no cancellation charges.

What if my order is not delivered?

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. The process could take up to 5-7 business days.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

All orders include shipping, provided the order value is ₹499 or above. A shipping charge of ₹50 is payable only on orders below ₹499.

Are there cancellation charges?

There are no cancellation charges for the order. However, once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. Once you have received the order from the My Orders section, you can initiate a return or an exchange.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we are only shipping in pan India but we are working on making our products available in other countries.
