Return and Exchange Policy

1. How many days do I have to return my item?
a. All clothing items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

2. Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?
a. Yes, the item needs to be in it’s original packaging along with the all labels and tags attached.

3. Will I get a full refund or store credit?
a. You will have the option for a full refund or you can exchange the item for one of similar value.

4. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
a. No, you don’t need to pay for return shipping. We will have our courier partner come and pick up the items from you.

5. How do I initiate a return?
a. You will need to initiate the return through your account under the returns section.

6. Can I exchange my item instead of returning it?
a. Yes, you can exchange your items for ones of similar value.

7. How long does it take to process my refund?
a. Once we receive the product and verify it’s condition, it will take up to 15 working days for the money to be reflected in original payment method. Cash on delivery orders can be exchanged for items of same value.

8. What if my item is damaged or defective?
a. Kindly share an image of the product and the return team will assist you with the return.

a. No, we don’t accept items once they have been used and/or washed.

a. We will ship one right out to you the moment it comes back into stock.
